Pin 2 is the non-inverted output, it should go to the + side of the headphone driver. Pin 3 is the inverted output, it should go to the - side of the headphone driver. Pin 1 is ground.

I got some adapters and it turns out they are pin3... still, no big deal as the Lavry has a phase inversion switch.
