I recently ordered three Super.Fi 4vi's and noticed that the retailer shipped them out in three separate packages. That got a brief "the hell?" from me since these things are fairly small, but I figured it was their computer goofing a bit. Nope.

There are mistakes, and there are Mistakes.

This is one of the latter.

30. Or, in MSRP amounts, $4050 more than I ordered.

Heh.

Nah, they're all heading back. Honesty and all that.

I'd make sure ASAP that you didn't get billed for all 30 too.

I checked and they didn't.

What happened was that Ultimate Ears put two UPCs on the box they shipped to the vendor. One was the "case" UPC and one was the "item" UPC. Apparently when the vendor shipped the cases to me, they scanned the "item" UPC on the case and shipped me the case thinking it was an item.

So, three items became three cases.
