I've spent a few days looking at any thread I can find using keywords such as 'soundstage,' 'imaging' and 'gaming,' but a recurring problem here is that many recommendations are obsolete since products are discontinued and no longer available, so I'm hoping Head-Fi'ers can suggest some good options that are current.

I have some extra requirements which I will outline below, but please do recommend anything at any price point so this thread might serve as a useful pointer for anyone searching for deals this season.

N.B. I know people will say get headphones instead, but my ears stick out a bit so I don't get on too well with full size headphones, hence I must compromise on IEMs. I'm open to trying some earbuds as well if I can afford them in addition to whatever IEM I choose.

I'm looking for:

• something relatively neutral that I can use for any genre of music, TV, film and videogames.

• cable down style, but cable up might work provided the housing is small and angled forward enough so as not to press against my ear.

• $50 to $200+. I would prefer to stay low-mid tier, but I might be persuaded to go a bit higher if there is anything that could be dramatically better. 11/11, Black Friday and Christmas sales imminent so maybe there will be some suitable bargains to be had?
