ok, I have a question for you. What is the highest mw handheld laser that you would consider "safe" for recreational use. I was thinking of looking for either a 50mw or 100mw handheld but I don't want to have to worry about having to use special glasses every time I use it.

How often do you use a handheld laser and for what purposes? How much are we talking when you say expensive? No offense, but I cant fathom spending more than $10 on a handheld laser, but if it can burn stuff and summon hell I could spend lol. All I use a laser for is having my dog chase it, gets boring after a while just pointing around for fun.
