Not sure how much of this is quieter. But I was in Germany the last few months, and had my asus gaming laptop with me. For the first time ever apparently my laptop suffered from thermal throttling and as so the battery charger would randomly not work. Also at random points, usually when I used my laptop for a while and then hibernate it, after I turned it back on. The speakers were mysteriously quieter and quality of it sounded a lot worse? It usually went back to working at normal volume and sound quality after I turned it off for a while. Any idea how to fix this problem with the sound?
