Hi I need help deciding between the two choices 
my budget is $60 or less. I own a fiio e17 and sources I will be using is a laptop or iphone 5. The setting is a small dorm room. I listen to electronic music like trance, techno, hardstyle, etc so I like bass I own the ultrasone dj1's and like them alot suggestions and opinions please
