I got the ZSE special edition and it sounds exactly the same as the original. Not a bad thing since it's easily in my all-time top 10 Chi-Fi value list, a total must have. They are practically giving them away. I think when KZ says special edition there is a cosmetic difference not a sonic difference. Not a bad gimmick, they got me to buy another one and I already had three.
