I own KOSS KTX-PRO, and I'm about to get a new DAP(zen micro) and new headphone, Is senn PX-100 a good upgrade from the KTX-PRO ?

I like bass, pure mids & crisp highs = balanced sound and distort free.

I liked the bass in ktx-pro in first and liked that it doesn't distort and sound good, I like also the size, but it is not comfortable at all, after time it began not to impress me, and with heavy bass it sounds like water and u feel that highs shivers with load bass

I donnu how, but If u have it u may understand me !

Yes, I think the PX 100 is more like what you're looking for. Given a budget of $50, it's one of the best headphones possible. Of course, you could stretch a bit and get a Grado SR 60 or Senn HD 497, which would be even better.

I have an older pair of KTX-Pro's collecting dust in the corner!

If I had a pair of PX-100's to use, I think I will finally toss them in the garbage!

No offense to anyone who uses them, but the PX-100 is a nicer sounding set!
