Hey guys,
So i have the KSC75s and the left ear suddenly stopped working. So, thinking the wire connection with the phone-speaker terminals was the problem, I cut the wire, skimmed it (properly) and soldered it back and it hasn't solved the problem. It looks like the speaker has burnt, or something inside is wrong. know I should have gave my headphones into the Warranty service as soon as they stopped working, but I thought I could fix it (as I have done with many a headphone).
Now will my headphones still be covered under their "No questions asked policy" even though I have tampered with the wires and soldering?
Thanks for any help.
