I've done some searching around on here and couldn't really find a direct comparison. How do these two cans stack up against each other? Mainly for classical music as well.
There's a lot of similarities between the two. The main differences occur up top. The KSC-75 is slightly on the bright side, while the k24p is a bit softer in the treble. The big problem with the k24p, which is as audible as it is visible in the graph, is the 3 kHz peak. It imparts a harsh glare to pretty much everything that comes through it. I really didn't care for it with classical music, in particular. The KSC-75 works pretty nicely with classical, however. It gets the midrange right, which should be your primary concern with classical music.
If you like something with less treble brightness and a more powerful bass, while still having a nice midrange, the Sennheiser PX100 may be worth looking into.
