I usually just clip them together, and wrap the cord around them.

I keep my 2 pairs of 75's in little plastic tubs that sliced cold cuts came in (the name of the brand is Bryan). The tubs are hard plastic and really durable. Their re-usability is probably a selling point, as the meat itself wasn't that good!
