Just wanted to share my first real headphone mod:
 

 

 

 
I decided to get rid of the two wires and go with a single sided cable. I reused the stock cable by cutting the left side cable down super short and looping the right cable all the way around. The right cable also wasn't long enough so I had to extend it using the remaining part of the left cable.
 
Only mod I'm going to do next is perhaps cut the cable shorter and use an extension cord as the cable is pretty short now.

Awww man, wish you had more pics, i borked a pair of um and will try recabling another pair in the future, nice and tidied up these are a dream portable, have people complained to you with the open phones?
 
Should have put some padding along the top, i'm using the Portapro headband since i didn't like those and i'm thinking of doing that.

I haven't had any complaints yet about the leakage. I can barely hear them myself when I take them off. In a library they might be slightly loud but in the office where I work it's perfectly fine.
