The headphones sound great, but the whole "clip on" band thing sucks, alot. I'd call them more of "hang ons", because there is no sort of a pressure applied to keep them in place, just gravity. How do you guys get yours to stay on, some obtuse bending of that plastic covered wire?

I have bent the clip on all three pairs of KSC75's in order to make them comfortable. Everyone has a different shaped skull, so I think it's to be expected.

The clips are nothing more than wire covered in a rubberized sheathing. They bend rather easily and can easily be squeezed enough that they grip your ear rather tightly. If this still doesn't work but you still want to use the KSC75, I would recommend one of the many headband mods that are discussed around here. There is one in particular that focuses on a cheap headband from a set of generic headphones that fit the KSC-75 drivers well and only cost about $2.

Just keep on bending them until they grip on to your ear. It's gonna take some time but well worth it and they sound much better once you get them to fit right. And hold on to the exposed metal part when your bending them cause if you hold on to the silver plastic part, they could loosen and start to wiggle.

Here's the main thread:

And in this thread, towards the end, is a link to PartsExpress, where you can actually buy the headphones with the headband in question online:

I used to own a pair of the headband-modified KSC75. They sound a lot better than stock, and are much more comfy.

Yeah, I hated that earclip mechanism too! It just didn't fit my ears properly. Well, too bad, but I actually killed my KSC75s about a week ago, while doing the Kramer mod - I accidentally cut thought the foil covering on one of the drivers... Oh well, they are cheap and I might get another pair sometime... but only along with a headband for them to attach to!
