the sr-40 is the sr-60 drivers in a different housing. the cable is very thin, and single sided (no grado water hose cable here). the sr-40 is much more portable in the new housing (think walkman style cans). and they sound pretty damn good to boot. i think they're worth a second thought.

I *really* wanna see an SR-40 vs. KSC-35 vs. Sennheiser PX100 shootout... where can one get the PX100's? Just Europe?!
