well it seems that after less than 2 months the pads on these are torn and currently being helf together with scotch tape (actually they started tearing within the first week of use). anyone have any ideas for replacements that i wouldnt necessarily have to order from koss?

HI: Yes easy answer and might be better than the koss pads. Go to radio shack and there they are and different thinkness to chose from to. You might consider cutting a nickle to quarter size hole in them to let the sound out and control the bass better. Good luck with your search.

I have the KSC-35 too, and I'm almost possitive that Koss will replace the pads for free as it is covered in the lifetime waranty.
