Hello everyone,

I want to but a pair of headphones mainly for home use on my laptop and also for a little bit of portable use with a FiiO e11. I listen to EDM, dubstep, electro but also pop/rock of the 70's so a flat FR is a good deal.
I don't know which one to choose : KRK KNS 8400. Soundmagic HP 100. Sony MDR-7510.
One of my major concern is comfort so which one of these do you think is the best for me.

Thanks.  :)

Paul.

So you want a bass emphasized set of headphones, that are comfortable and well balanced... What's your price range?

HP100 are super comfy, most comfortable I've tried, with a warm but well balanced sound, also they look great and build quality is very nice

Yes exactly ! My price range is 100-200 $

Well since you are planning them at home primarily and some mild portable use, you could try the Sony XB700's if you don't care about style. They have little isolation, but if you're at home, then that shouldn't matter. You could even go for the M-Audio Q40's or the ATH-Pro700mk2's if you are willing to sacrifice a "little" comfort. They have extraordinary bass responses and don't suffer too badly in the other ranges.

Boiling it down.

Comfort:

Sony XB500 ~ 50$
Sony XB700 ~ 70$
Beyerdynamic DT770's Pro 80 ~ 150-180$
Shure SRH-840 ~ 130-170$

Bass:

M-Audio Q40 ~ 150$
ATH-Pro700Mk2 ~ 130-170$

I have checked out the headphones you suggest me but for me none of them seem better than the three I selected. Thanks anyway :)
