Made quite a research, found something for my price range.

Also read various reviews, like cnet is praising cx 500, other's opinion varies, so I'd like you to make the judgement, which one is better in terms of sound/build/comfort quality?

I've found the CX500 a good-enough phone. Not great, but not repellent either.

The RE0/RE1 are in this price range, though, and they are great phones. Look at those before you take the plunge.

not heard the CX500's but the S2's are great..really great. Bass I imagine will be less pronounced that the 500's. The detail and soundstage of the S2's is suprisingly good and it has a slamming but controlled bass, slightly recessed mids and decent treble that doesn't extend too far but far enough so they don't appear dark. I really love my S2's...JH13's + S2's has ended my purchasing of IEM's full stop
