Hey all,
My product is out of warranty, and I have some questions to try and fix my problems without paying the expense of professional repair. My one speaker stopped working, and so through a bunch of tests, I've figured out it's the binding posts in the back of the amp/woofer, which causes the attached speaker to not produce any sound. Folks at Best Buy said I need to buy a new amp on the back to be put on, that the individual binding posts cannot be replaced. Radio Shack said they couldn't help either. My other option is to get a whole new piece (entire amp/woofer) if it's cheaper than getting whatever needs fixed fixes. Anyone have any similar experiences or have any advice? Thanks in advance!!
