could somebody please send me the files *.pcb for the KGSS and the PSU
from Blue Hawaii.I am planning on sending the files to a company that makes PCB's for my KGSS.
If there is someone who would sell the PCB's pm me.

Marc, you gonna machine the case from solid aluminum?

To the question at hand, I have some board files, but they are butt ugly, and no guarantee they'll work. Are you looking to build or just follow along for an optimizing project?

Please don't misunderstand - no worries at all. Mine came from a DIYer who I have no further contact with, and his board is of unknown quality, though he did make it work. Just a heads up that others may have better quality boards, or you might well use this as a guide, along with this BOM.

Sorry, that is the limit of my 'contribution', as I have NOT built this amp.

KGBH board files are not available, and none are for sale to the best of my knowledge.
