I have one question for this awesome DAP from Kenwood:

Do i have to use the software that comes with the CD? Is a drag and drop option available?
Is the software only in Japanese? Is it possible to get one in English?

1) you can drag and drop but you still have to use the software to click "library update" after you drag and drop.

You can download it on Kenwood's website but you'll need a serial number to install.

Hello, sorry for a necroposting, is there any chance you still have this serial number? I just resurrected my device and it requires Recovery tool that can be downloaded only with serial number which is erased from it long time ago
