Hi, does anyone know if kenwood has released a firmware upgrade for the HD60GD9 player yet and if so where can it be found?

Where do people who have the 30gig version get thir firmware updates from?

I'm not sure if it's firmware, but it should be part of the KMA file. It is new as of 11/14/07.

Click the "ダウンロードページへ" in bold, which should bring up a pop-up. Scroll down and click "同意する". Type in the ID, which is on the bottom of the DAP, and click "ダウンロード".

There's a step by step walkthru on the original page which should get you through the installation of the firmware.

Thanks for this but when I tried to enter my ID and press enter is comes up with an error! Any other ideas?

are you sure you have entered the correct ID?

ID is not the one printed in the box and not the one on the bottom of the media keg.

you must navigate trought the media keg menu (i don't remember which voice under settings i think)
and the ID is there.

first time i tried i made the same mistake

Is this just the Kenwood Media Application software? It doesn't appear to be firmware, especially considering the size...

whatever the ID or the number will not useful...
