Hey Head-Fi,
I found my first frayed wire on my sennheiser hd 650 (Here).
Fortunately, it's easy to swap/replace the wire and I'm even deciding if I want to get an aftermarket cable. I was wondering if members could share how they manage their cables so that they don't have unnecessary surface contact and become frayed like mine. I'm not a pernickety individual when it comes to protecting my audio equipment but I definitely don't abuse my equipment or use it recklessly. This occurred during normal use at stationary environments (mostly my desk) - I don't walk around and use my headphones.
Thanks
