Not sure how to keep them in? I'm a "noob" to in-ear headphones. My SR-60s are great, but need in-ear phones for lifting weights 4 days a week. I don't want to buy new in-ear headphones, but want to know how to keep the iAudio 7 ones in my ears. Any tips?

Hoping to hear from iAudio 7 owners...thanks in advance!

You need to use the foams to keep them in. If that isn't working you can try buying thicker foams, or doubling up.
