Hi all!
So... I have a UE 700 which has a history of the 3.5mm jack wire snapping. I have re-terminated it twice and in about 2 months it starts to get loose again. As I don't do the repairs myself, I am really unsure if I should continue re-terminating it every time it snaps. Or should I simply buy a new IEM? Therefore, I would like to ask what everyone here would do instead? ....
P.S The guy who re-terminated my wire the second time said the jacks actually claps my wire and make it flat ( Not sure if it damages the wire )
