I think I read somewhere that the old Keces USB Dac (which I own) share the pcm2702 chip with the new 151 and 131. How much of the difference should I expect from upgrading from the USB DAC to either 151 or 131?

The 131 uses a different DAC (1793). I'd imagine that if you wanted to upgrade and notice a difference, then you'd need to go for the 131 instead of the 151.
