Anyone have experience or want to share their expertise?

Recommendation for another amp/dac that cost less than or equal to $475 AND synergizes well with the W5000 is also welcome.

um. I should mention that W5000 is quite picky for amps, perhaps even more so than HD650. I remember enjoying them out of GS-1, HA5000, but underwhelming out of my gilmore lite or most of tubes. You probably want neutrality and tons of current with those lovely cans.

Unfortunately, the amps that you mentioned are out of my price range. =(

As of now, I only have Nuforce Icon, a vintage Marantz receiver, and an iBasso D2 boa as amp/Dac.

Rednamalas1, I see that you have the Keces as DAC, how do you like it?
