If anyone is interested in this release on vinyl, two points:
1. Amazon.uk is the place to get this if you are in the US. Here's the link:

When the VAT is taken off (this happens with all US orders) the price is competitive with Acoustic Sounds et.al, and...
2. Apparently there are two dramatically different pressings of this record. What I have read is that the UK retailers feature the superior pressing. Pressings destined for US retailers (from another Dutch pressing plant apparently) have had many defects.
So, if you want it on vinyl, buy it from Amazon UK! (I bought it there and it is a fantastic, quiet, beautifully packaged pressing.
