Well today I was listening to my Karma and went to turn the volume only to find that the button was jammed. I bought it used from someone (who bought it in the states) because at the time they were not available in Canada. Do think I could just bring it to best buy and say I got it as a gift and get it replaced? I have no receipt because it was bought in the U.S.

Any advice?

You could always buy one and return the old one with the new receipt.

Of course, I don't condone this behavior.
