Well I lost my headphones again due to my severe ADHD (I left them at a bus stop), and after reading a bunch of info on them they dont seem to be the most flat... I make full spectrum music 1000% on headphones (had monitors and HATE HATE HATE having to make music in a room (I generally rent a studio to either reference or mix/master)) so I am looking for the most reliable/transferable although I always play on multiple systems anyways.

Sorry to hear you've lost your nice K712s.  Ugh.
 
You might want to read what Tyll Hertsens says about the Audio Technica ATH-MSR7 and see if that's the kind of thing you'd like.  It will be quite different from the K712.  And as you know, it is just about impossible to predict if you'll find these comfortable.  Anyway, just a data point for you to explore.
