Just woke up this morning to find out that my k702's left ear sound much quieter than its right ear. The problem doesnt lie in my source since I swapped them with the other phones and the they sounded fine. The cable is still good as I checked the 3 pins with my multimeter. Seems like something has gone wrong inside but I havent made up my mind to open it up yet.
Anyone had this same problem before? I read somewhere that the k702 is renowned for their buggy left ear?

You'll need to open the can, just be careful not to damage the silver net.

u might have a deflated driver. open them up, look at the driver. if the drivers dome is not nicely puffed up like normal then blow in to the back of it to puff it back up. happens quite regularly around here. has happenned to me twice.

there is a small chance that the mylar melted on to the voice coil when deflating, i have seen that only once

Thanks for the advices. I opened the ear cup and found no hole or anywhere that I can blow air into it. I guess this is what you called 'deflated'?
