Hi folks!

First of all sorry for my english, spanish guy here.

My beloved AKG K550 are almost broken (I also have an Hifiman HE400i and so many others, but I really enjoy the sound of this cans).

The worse thing about the K550 is his size (I usually go outside with this headphones) and I notice that the K545 are smaller but similar in sound.

Do you think it can be a good replacement for the K550? I found a very good offer for around 100 euros.

The K545 is very much like the K550 in sound, but with 65-85% soundstage from the reduction in ear cup size.

They are also a little more pronounced in the bass. Not Beats level, but there's a different tuning.

I prefered the K550.

Ditto--more bass. I liked the fit better. I preferred the K545.
