Hi all,

My brother's K501 just suddenly developed a problem where sound is only coming out of the right side. Depending on how one moves the incoming cord (on the left cup), the sound comes on intermittenly. Any advice guys?

Getting desperate here. Is there a place where I can send to to get it fixed? I am currently in Vancouver, Canada.

I suspect it is just a resolder ... however, there doesn't seem to be any apparent way to remove the plastic enclosure to even try to resolder.

Help guys?

remove the k501 sticker from the ear cup and there is a hidden screw. If you want to send them to me. I can likely fix them.
