Well, I'm not sure what headphones cost in India, so I'll just use US prices or $80-115 USD.

How about either the Takstar Pro 80, Takstar HI2050 or the Brainwavz HM5? I have not heard any of these, so please do your own research.

Takstar Pro 80, Takstar HI2050 , Brainwavz HM5 - Not available in India.
  You can pick-up a DTX-710 for around  ₹4000.

Is it better than JVC RX700 ?

I have some questions :-

1. On which basis u choose headphone (Frequency, impedance , driver size etc) ?

2. My sound card already have better Headphone Amp (As per reviews-Built in high quality, high impedance TI TPA6120A2 with software settable gain ranges allowing for high quality headphones to be used without external amplification units.) , still i require dedicated AMP ?
