Are there any other pads that i can use on my ha-rx 700 besides the 700 or the 900 pads. Like some from a different company i was hoping to get some that are similar to velour earpads but jvc doesn't have any. I find the harx700 earpads extremely uncomfortable even with the foam mod.

Adjust the headband all the way up. Then, straighten the headphones out to 180 degrees. The rubber tube can handle any stress. Doing this a few times should loosen the clamping force, making the cushions feel more comfortable.

tube can't believe  me I broke my trying that if you make em fit lose you use a bunch of quality there sealed for a reason they are supposed to be tight
