I'd like info on the Great Fungus Phones that Purk brought to my attention. Has anyone ordered some from places other than Etronics, and actually listened to them? Or was the damage on the part of JVC and not Etronics? I'm looking at $19 at accessory-ave, and wondering if I should get one for my brother.

Apparently, that site is out of stock. I don't think there's anywhere you can get these new anymore. The fungus one's were just what etronics had I believe.

I ended up keeping a pair. However, I'm wondering if you have any solution for removing strain from the earcups? Let me know. This can still sounds great even though it was a tough ride to get it to be working.
