What's the 40 dollar upgrade for?

As I see the Audio-GD as a long term investment, might as well get the add-ons, even if they only help a little.
But I'm not really well informed on the TCXOs.

Thank you very much for the info. So if I just buy this amp I can just stick it into my laptop and that'd it? I don't have an optical input just a USB on my MacBook.

USB will work fine.

i know that should be to late but i am may be going on the he 560
so what about the nuforce udh 100 ? drive my q701 crazy + millet minimax = it s so sweat
but i am so bad about to understand Sensitivity and impedance
do you think this combo could drive well the he560
