My first pair of grados will be the newer MS2s! I'm freakin' out, I can't wait to get them.

yea. i'm a newbie to head-fi and my wallet is screaming at me. i might have to cancel my registratiotn to the forum or i'll see myself buying some R10s and HP1000s.

Yup in the few months I've been here I've gone from being happy with my SR60s
to
MS-2s
to a Porta Corda (dammit get to my house)

and I am starting to justify a PS-1 and an acompaning CDP and amp...
God.

It's more like its a goal.

Just put away money into the "PS-1" fund and after a year.....

Hell justifying is easy.
I want the best Grado sound possible.

I could sell off one of my bikes and have enough money for PS-1s and say a HR-2

The sr-60's are expensive, the RS-1's are hideously expensive, the hp-series are earthshatteringly expensive, the ps-1's are infinite+1 expensive. Was it worth it? you bet you @ss it was

The MS1s are definitely a step up from the 280s, you should enjoy them.
