recently I ordered the Oriolus Traillii IEM
I read that they work ok with almost any source, but to make sure, I also bought the “blue dragonfly” to hook with my iphone and to the Trailli, hopefully together with good source files, it will make an improvement.
However i was wondering if i need to invest in a dac/amp, sure i want to hear best quality as i can, or i would not have bought a 6000$ IEM, but the bottom line is: how much difference will i get? And i am referring to portable devices.
Can appreciate any help in this.
