Will they blow me away with their sound quality? Or will their famous bass just overwhelm everything???
Just bought a pair of Velodyne vPulse in-ears- what can I expect???

Assuming the new generation vPulse are the same as the old ones, the bass emphasis is centered in the sub bass region. Doesn't have that giant upper midbass hump like many headphones/IEM that are considered bassy. I can listen to a classic rock song that doesn't have deep bass, and the bass is not intrusive. Kick on some EDM with deep bass, and then I can hear it/feel it
