Just got back from the elly concert.

She wasn't wearing any IEM. Man what a fantastic performance - in this tiny 300 person capacity box club right in my old neighborhood (well, I did live in Harajuku for a while...

)

All I have to say is that live shows rock. Headphones suck compared to the real thing.

Having said that, I didn't take any picts or bootleg the show. Just wanted to enjoy it. But here's an older pict for those of you who are curious.

I'm having a hard time imagining how hiro's concert tomorrow will be better. Guess we'll see.

I cannot imagine, there is no feeling in the world like being at a live show. It feels like the music is in your body, and just goes straight through you. Headphones cant even come close.

Postscript: Oh, in case anyone was wondering... hiro wasn't wearing any IEM during her performance on Sunday. Man it was fantastic, being right up front row center... she busted out a few lines from Just The Two of Us (apparently she sings this in her upcoming movie)...
