Is this just a poorly recorded album? I have EAC'd this thing twice and still "Clarity" sounds distorted. Maybe the CD is bad?

Ive ripped this cd like 5 times trying to figure out what the problem is, i finally know im not the only one with this problem. However, his newest album, continuum sounds incredibly good.

The album is very very badly mastered.

It might be recorded good, but the mastering kills everything. The Room for Squares album is better and Continuum is even better. However all of them isn't as good mastered as I would like them to be.
