I'm soooo close to pulling the trigger on some DT880's, I was wondering if my current amp will be adequate to drive them. Obviously an expensive tube amp or the like would be the best option, but would a JMT Pimeta w/ single buffers, class A biasing, gain of around 4 and an AD8620 opamp still be enough to make them sound really good? It's more than plenty for my DT770-80's (never go above about 10-11:00 with them) and they sound fantastic.

Edit: if I like the sound of these enough, I may sell the Pimeta and the DT770's and grab a Headroom Micro, would that one also be able to drive the DT880's fully?
