I gotta say, using the 9V wall wart with my JMT Cmoy helps out a lot. When I was at the Hawaii meet I was running my Cmoy with one 9V, and I had to crank the knob up to 10 or 11 o'clock to power my Grado 325s. The AKG 501s took 12 to 1. Last night I tried using the 325s with it again, with the 9V battery eliminator, and I never had to go beyond 9 o' clock with my 325s.
