I've just got to say that Jon has been so kind to me since I came to Head-fi and is, at least, partially responsible for making me a mod here...(I know, big mistake
)...
Jon has built several amps for me and they are true treasures...things I would never consider selling or trading. Not only do they sound amazing, but they are souvenirs of my life.
I have some real close friends because of this web site, and I guess Jon, Jude, Bob (Joelongwood), Doug, and a multitude of others sort of gave me a new family after I lost mine. Yes, Head-fi is a family to me...and I'm not ashamed to say that!

Jon is indeed a rare gem. I only spent a couple of hours talking over coffee at Starbucks and it was clear the guy has a heart of gold. I count it an honor to know him.
