If you're interested in jazz guitar, this is an excellent CD to start with. Also, the sound is incredible, even on a mid-fi system..just goes to show you don't need to blow a wad on elaborate systems for decent sound! The music literally sucks you in and places you in the jazz club, minus the smoke

This is a great album. Jim Hall's playing is so tasteful and his tone is fantastic.

His duets with Bill Evans are some of my favorites.

He's like the anti-Pat Metheny.
