Just in case you have broken your JH Audio 1/8" jack for Roxanne/Angie/Layla, Here is a diagram to help you fix it without spending $65 from the JH Audio website.
Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love my JH Roxanne's. There are no better in ears out there except Layla's, but $65 for a replacement cable is ridiculous.
The 1/8" jack that comes with the ears looks pretty haws, but is quite fragile, and once it's broke, it's broke. So after ordering a new one from JH, I decided to try to fix my broken one since I had a brand new one. Guess what? I figured it out and it cost me less than two bucks.
Go buy a solder type stereo 1/8" connector from Altex or some computer or music store, and just follow my diagram.
Since I don't have the proper permissions to post a pic of the diagram, just message me and I can email it to you or as soon as I have permissions, I will post it here.
