I searched the entire Head-Fi and it doesn't look like anyone here has ever had this dac. I saw one for sale recently and decided to grab it. Should have it sometime next week but to get the ball rolling here are some pics (grabbed these from the Internet; Thank you, Leo Yeh or whomever you are).
