I ordered a new sound card from them on thursday night and aparently I entered the incorrect expiration date (I hit the back button and it reset to default 01/01). I recieved a call early the next morning as well as an email letting me know there was a small error.

I missed the call in the morning, but read the email, spoke directly to the rep who put through the order and had my package the next day.

Great service. I know this should be standard, but the last 3 things i ordered online took almost 3 days to process the order before the item was even shipped.

Just wanted to give my thumbs up and say kudos for a job well done.

I recently ordered a Terratec EWX 2496 from them. I got the best price from them, and a really smooth transaction from start to finish. Definitely a recommended vendor. Just know the return details of whatever you're buying from them before you buy, as their return policy varies with what you're buying.
