Does anybody had tried japanese tubes, Toshiba, Hitachi, etc...just for curiosity? They made pretty good electronic components, but tubes??? I got a pair of NOS 6BQ5, and a 12AX7 japanese, as a gift, brand new, I think they are Hitachi or Toshiba not sure, I don't have them with me right now, but did anybody had tried any of those in a MG Head?
