Ok, so now I notice
MCM sent me mismatched fets....

It seems Japanese FETS
come in three grades: GR, BL, and V
in order of increasing IDSS.

I have an odd BL grade 2sj109
and two GR grade 2sk389's .
If anyone would care to trade
two GR grade 109's for these, please
let me know.


Should I even be concerned

Sorry, I don't know if you should worry about it.

You can try emailing THL Audio. They often sell PNPs and NPNs in pairs.

In case you haven't dealt with THL before, they are slow replying to emails. But they have some nice stuff and low prices. If you need Alps pots, get them at THL.

I actually just found a couple extra GR grade 109's while cleaning, you can have 'em if ya want.
